With certain limitations, the Greece Police Department can issue you a report if you were the victim of a crime. Reports can be obtained from the Records Office at the Greece Police Department Headquarters.
How can I get an order of protection issued?
There are two ways to obtain an order of protection. If a domestic relationship exists, a petition may be filed through Monroe County Family Court. If there is no domestic relationship, an order of protection may be obtained after criminal charges have been filed. Please call 911 to speak with an officer for more information.

You must file a Freedom of Information request with the Town Clerk. Click HERE to print a hardcopy and fax or mail it back to the Town Clerk. New York State law determines what, if any, information can be released.
