Deputy Chief Naser Zenelovic

 The Operations Bureau is commanded by Deputy Chief Naser Zenelovic who oversees the Road Patrol Division, Criminal Investigation Division and the Community Services Division.

The Road Patrol Division is responsible for providing direct police services to the public. This describes what is seen as the traditional role of uniformed police officers in marked police cars responding to the needs of the community each and every day. Officer's duties include responding to 911 calls for service, conducting criminal investigations, enforcing traffic laws, investigating motor vehicle accidents, initiating narcotics investigations, and addressing the needs of any persons as they arise.

The Criminal Investigation Division is tasked with the investigation of major crimes that take place within the Town of Greece. This includes the preservation of evidence through the Technical Services Unit and the Property Clerk.  

The Community Services Division is responsible for crime prevention presentations, assistance with special events, and addressing quality of life issues within the town. It also serves as a liaison with schools and community groups with the Town of Greece

Also under this bureau’s command is the Sex Offender Registry Manager, Victim Assistance Program, officers assigned to local and federal task force’s, and communication with inter-agency investigations that extend beyond the borders of the Town of Greece.
